For a long time now, we've always heard about the ongoing battle for the rights to Superman. Most people tend to wonder exactly how it happened that Siegel & Schuster would hand over 100% of the rights.
My hope is that with this page, it will all become clear.
And yes, Comic Historians may use this page in their thesis.
